Q: How do I download information into Quicken or Quickbooks from Internet Banking?

A: FNB uses the Web-Connect method for exporting transactions into Quicken and Quickbooks. Simply log on to Internet Banking, click My Accounts > History then select the Download link on the right hand side of the page. On this page, select the account you would like to download transactions from, enter the date range (Internet Banking will keep up with the last date downloaded), then select the Web-Connect format for the product you have. Please Note: One Step Update in Intuit products is not compatible with Web-Connect at this time.
